1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Free Plan:

No cancellation is needed; you can stop using the platform at any time.

Paid Plans (Monthly/Annual):

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, no further charges will be made.
  • Access to paid features will end once the billing period concludes.

To cancel your subscription:

  3. Click Cancel Plan

2. Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of the service
  • Downgrades during an active subscription period
  • Unused time on a subscription
  • Subscription renewals if not cancelled before the renewal date

Annual Subscriptions

Because of the discounted nature of annual plans, refunds are not provided once the subscription is active. Please review plan details carefully before purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer a refund in exceptional cases (e.g., accidental charges, duplicate billing, or proven service interruptions). Such requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date by contacting trainings@certifyera.com / sales@certifyera.com with your account details and reason for the request.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Quiznx.com and processed back to the original payment method.

3. Trial and Free Plan Use

We encourage users to explore our platform via the Free Plan before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to test functionality and determine if it meets your needs.

4. Auto-Renewal & Billing

All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We are not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel on time. You will receive reminders (where applicable) before your renewal.
